AI systems · live access
Pipeline, proposals, contracts, unified WhatsApp inbox, dashboards and AI in one system, built with AI and without a development team. You can log in and use it.
The sales operation ran in pieces: deals in a third-party CRM, proposals in Word, contracts retyped by hand, conversations in each rep's personal WhatsApp, and marketing blind to everything after the click. Every handoff between those pieces was a chance to lose the lead or type a wrong number.
A single platform with pipeline and opportunities, proposal and contract generators, a unified WhatsApp inbox with an AI agent, marketing and investment dashboards, a team task board, role-based access and encrypted personal data.
The automations that used to live in Zapier and Make moved inside as first-party code: webhook receivers, scheduled jobs and a queue, each with retries, logging and an alert path.
Every structural change ships as a numbered migration, applied in order and recorded. The code carries automated tests, a production smoke suite and a security probe that runs on each release.
Modules default to off and are switched on from a configuration screen, which lets the same codebase serve teams of 5 to 20 reps with different needs, without becoming one system per team.
A feature built once ships to any instance. Two paid automation tools left the bill. And the integration failure that used to disappear in silence now raises an alert.
Inside it
Captures from the demo environment, with fictional data. Management happens on the desktop, where the whole pipeline and the month's dashboard fit at once. Reps work from the phone, out on visits or on the road, so the same screens were built to fit there too.

Live access
A demo environment with fictional data. You come in as a manager and navigate the whole operation: pipeline, proposals, contracts, dashboards.
Access is granted manually, by me, to prevent bulk account creation. I usually reply the same day. Access is temporary and expires on its own.
